Return & Refund Policy

At Pinch Nip, feline health awareness and customer satisfaction are our priorities. We strive to provide high-quality, safe, and effective products for feline enrichment. Please read the following policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on opened catnip items or any consumable product for safety and hygiene reasons.

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided

To initiate a return, please email us at team@pinchnip.com before sending any product back. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item).

Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be fulfilled

  • The item arrived damaged and is reported within 7 days

  • The return was approved and the product was received in its original condition

  • Special conditions are met

Approved refunds will be issued as store credit within 5–10 business days after inspection for future purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and a clear photo of the item(s)

We will review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund where appropriate.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Most Opened catnip or consumables

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products returned without prior approval

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges in cases where a refund has been approved due to damage, defect, or order error.

To request an exchange:

  • Contact us at team@pinchnip.com with your order number and a clear description of the issue

  • If your refund is approved, you may choose to receive a replacement item of equal value instead of a monetary refund

Exchanges are not offered for change-of-mind purchases or non-refundable items.
