At Pinch Nip, we are committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of our products. This Shipping Policy outlines how we handle order processing, delivery, local pickup, and partner location fulfillment.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

  • In cases of high order volume, delays may occur. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to expected delivery times.

Local Pickup Option

We offer free local pickup at designated locations when available.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

  • Pickup instructions and location address will be included in your confirmation message.

  • Valid ID and order confirmation may be required at pickup.

Partner Locations

Some products may be available for purchase or pickup through authorized retail partners.
If you select a partner location during checkout (when available), order fulfillment and pickup instructions may vary depending on that location’s business hours and policies.

Out-of-Stock & Backorders

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed:

  • You will be notified within 1–2 business days.

  • You may choose to wait for restock, select a replacement item, or receive a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

  • Orders with multiple items may be partially shipped or held until all items are available, based on your preference.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Incorrect Address Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.
We are not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at team@pinchnip.com within 7 days with a photo and your order number.

  • If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, contact the shipping carrier or us so we can assist in investigating the issue.

Holiday Shipping Disclaimer

During peak holiday periods or major sales events, shipping carriers may experience delays outside our control.
We recommend placing your order early to ensure timely delivery. Estimated delivery windows may be extended.
